About the Role

As the Talent Acquisition Partner at the City of Coffs Harbour, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our future workforce. You'll oversee our recruitment process, ensuring an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers. By implementing innovative talent management strategies, supporting workforce planning, and contributing to organisational development, you'll help build a dynamic, high-performing team. Collaborating with leaders and optimising HR processes, you'll drive recruitment excellence and support a thriving, engaged workplace.

About you?

We are looking for an energised and experienced recruitment professional who brings:

  • Cert IV in HR, Business, or related field
  • Experience in high-volume recruitment
  • Strong communication & stakeholder engagement skills
  • Knowledge of best-practice hiring strategies & HR processes

  • Starting salary of around $82K + Superannuation - A higher package may be available for an outstanding candidate.
